There are still complaints that immigration officers refuse to scan passports and setting up barriers to indicate unmanned check points at Bukit Chargar and Secondlink CIQs. All teavellers are advised to insist officers to scan their passports. Otherwise they put themselves in the risk of being charged for leaving the countries illegally. Note down the concerned officer's name and particulars and report to the relevant authorities.
