BALING, Sept 7 — An 83-year-old semi-paralysed man was burnt to death when fire gutted his house in Kuala Ketil here today.
Relatives and neighbours found the partially-burnt body of Wahab Mat Isa outside the door to a toilet of the house in Kampung Tembak A about 8.30am.
